“Mono Next” Joins New Life BRA CYCLE Project

Mrs.Thanya Wachirabunjong, Chief Production Officer of Mono Next Public Company Limited,  Ms.Pitirudee Sirisamphan, Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Communications, together with Mono29’s actresses namely, Jennie – Naruemon Khampan, BamBam – Butree Kaljaruek, and Wan – Phirunphat Leelarthapin, were representatives on behalf of Mono Next’s executives and employees to present worn-out old bras and underwear from the internal activity “Mono Next Care: Get Me Bras and Gain Rewards”. In this activity, we encouraged employees to donate their worn-out used bras and could accumulate 1,312 pieces in total sent to Sabina Public Company Limited for its project “New Life BRA CYCLE: Transform Used Bras to Thermal Energy” where this activity has been held for three consecutive years. On this occasion, Ms.Pitcha Thanalongkorn, Chief Marketing Officer of Sabina Public Company Limited was a representative receiving those old bras and bringing them to dispose of in an environmentally friendly way to reduce environmental pollution and transform them into thermal energy for the sake of energy recovery and great sustainability of our environment at Mono Next Office, Chaiyapruek Rd., Nonthaburi.

New Life BRA CYCLE: Transform Used Bras to Thermal Energy is a project that the main purpose of its comes from a sense of social responsibility in dealing with waste from used bras and underwear, considered considerable waste, and disposing of those bras in a correct manner to reduce the effect on the environment as much as possible which is an alternative way to preserve the world. Anyone who might be interested in joining this activity, please feel free to donate used bras and underwear from any brand and any type, no matter how delicate and worn out they are, and unisex underwear is also accepted. For disposing of bras and underwear in a proper manner, please donate them at drop boxes provided in Sabina’s shops and counters located in any department store across Thailand.

“MonoMax”, premium movies, and TV series with all Thai dubs, showcased another big project with the hottest casting survival show HOT YOUNG STAR “UNBOXED” to carry on the enjoyment of “My Sex Doll” season 1, together with the three famous mentors from the entertainment industry namely, “Kru Li Jern – Natchanit Jirarungrot”, “Khun Ying – Rhatha Phongam”, and “Khun O – Anuchit Sapanpong”.

The show comprised 5 episodes with missions to eliminate and find some outstanding trainees from the top-29 contestants, and finally whittle down to the eight winners. This time was honored by a professional photographer from A’lure Magazine like “Joe – Mr.Chaiwat Songrod” to personally help photograph contestants at the casting set. The name list of eight winners is as follows: Namo – Benedict Rebillet, Win – Phawat Siritheerapakkakul, Peem – Nathapat Prabhananda, Pass – Phatcharapol Santipon, Karn – Karn Karnjanasutha, Ploy – Issaree Rodvisad, Amy – Thasorn Klinnium, and Rose- Karnpitcha Phatthanasak. Seventh “TV Unity Football Cup 2023”

The group of members from the Association of Digital TV Broadcasting (Thailand) held the seventh “TV Unity Football Cup 2023”. This time, Mono29 Broadcasting Station presided over the 2023 TV Unity Cup, and the other eight broadcasting stations also joined this event namely, 7HD, 3HD, PPTV HD 36, One HD 31, Thai PBS, Thairath TV 32, MCOT HD 30, and Nation TV at 1st Avenue Football Club, Bang Bua Thong District, Nonthaburi Province.

 


“The Seventh TV Unity Football Cup 2023”
was held after the event had been suspended for 3 years due to the COVID-19 situation. On Saturday, August 5, 2023, the competition was honored by Mr.Bannasit Rakwong, Vice President of Mono29 Broadcasting Station to preside over the 2023 TV Unity Cup opening ceremony, and executives, employees, including journalists and reporters from nine digital-TV broadcasting stations also enthusiastically joined this event. The main purpose of holding this TV Unity Cup was to allow executives, employees, including members of the Association to strengthen their relationships with one another, promote harmony among members, and build a strong connection among us by using a sport as a medium of fostering relationships, and the event was filled with joy and warmth feelings. The highlight of this competition was the seven-a-side football competition. The competition results of this event were that the winning award of the first division went to Thairath TV HD 32 while Nation TV won the second division, and the winner of the third division was Thai PBS.

For the eighth “TV Unity Football Cup 2024”, ThaiPBS was nominated to be a host for the next year’s competition after we were the host for this year where the event was mainly sponsored by Okane, a sports clothing brand, Singha Drinking Water, MaMa Cup Noodles, Jangko Cracker, Dynamite, and Ladprao General Hospital.

Ms.Thanya Wachirabunjong, Cheif Production Officer of Mono Next PCL, and Mr.Pongpat Wachirabunjong, film and TV series director, led Mono29’s casts to join the press conference of the “Charity Run: Walk Run Bike Fighting Stroke 9”. Casts joining this event included Mook – Pichana Yusuk and Pang – Sahassaya Jansai from “Risk Lust Love” TV series, Jennie – Naruemon Khampan, and Pim – Panward Sriwirut from “My Next Doll” as well as Neena – Nitchanart Prommart, Tungpang – Pattaravadee Laosa, and Campus Star 2022’s delegates such as Flute – Phattra Chuejampon, and Kong – Phanthakarn Thasisang. Furthermore, the event was held under the concept “No Stroke for All Thais by New Gen” and taken place at Rajabhanada Sirinthorn Meeting Room, Srisavarindira Building, 1st FL., Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University.

The Charity Run: Walk Run Bike Fighting Stroke 9 will hold simultaneously across Thailand on Oct 29. For the Bangkokians, the event will take place at Sanam Luang from 04.00-07.00 hrs. There are three exercise options for delegates such as fun run (5 km.), mini marathon (10 km.), and bicycle (21 km.) In this event, booths were available for donating used plastic bottles (PET) to recycle and presenting special rewards from Mono Next as an expression of gratitude to participants at a drop point set up by the PIM, Chaeng Wattana Rd.

“Mono Next” has carried on the “Mono Next Care: Care the World” project to encourage its employees and the general public to jointly participate in environmental protection through waste separation and donate it to help societies afterward. Recently, Mr.Kittisak Pukchareon, Assistant Vice President of CSR and Internal Communications of Mono Next Public Company Limited, was a representative on behalf of executives and employees from Mono Next and its subsidiaries to deliver Polyethylene Terephthalate or PET bottles donated from our employees amounting to 95 kilograms to “Yake Khuat Chuai Mor Nonthaburi” or PET to PPE project. On this occasion, Mr.Suthee Premboon, Director of the Environmental Affairs Division, Student Affairs Office, Panyapiwat Institute of Management, was a representative receiving those PET bottles at Mono Next Office, Chaiyapruek Road, Nonthaburi.

 

On this occasion, the “Yake Khuat Chuai Mor Nonthaburi” project will bring those PET bottles to recycle into Level 2 PPE Suits or reusable isolation gowns, which can be reused 20 times and sent to medical personnel. Furthermore, the project has been carried on for two consecutive years to comply with Mono Next Care and ESG goals regarding environmental protection.

In celebration of the one-hundred anniversary of St. Francis Xavier Convent School, Khun Thanya Wachirabunjong, Chief Production Officer of Mono Next PCL., as well as alumni of the School, led Mono29’s casts to join the “Charity Run: SF Run to 100th Anniversary”. Many actors and actresses from “My Next Doll,” our original series, also joined this event, namely, Jennie – Naruemon Khampan, Pim – Panward Sriwirut, Tae – Darvid Kreepolrerk, Namo Rebillet, and Peem – Nathapat Prabhananda. Moreover, Pang – Sahassaya Jansai from “Risk Lust Love,”  as well as Tungpang – Pattaravadee Laosa and Neena – Nitchanart Prommart, also joined this event on Saturday morning, 1 July 2023, at Wachirabenchathat Park.

On this occasion, “St. Francis Xavier School Alumni Association under the Royal Patronage” presented their partial revenue to the “Status of Women Association in Patronage” along with financial support for provident funds of retired teachers and other activities of St. Francis Xavier Convent School in order to support the School as well as do some good deeds at the same time.

Recently, Mono29 visited a former talented actor “Mek – Winai Kraibutr”, a timeless famous actor who appeared in many renowned Thai movies and series such as Nang Nak, Bangrachan, etc. With his performance in “The Angels: Ghost Hunters Season 2” in collaboration with Mono 29, he got The Outstanding Supporting Actor Award for the role of “Ghost Bunpheng” at the TV Golds Awards 2016. At present, his career path as an actor was interrupted because of a pemphigoid disorder caused by an immune system creating antibodies that attack a layer of healthy tissue beneath the outer skin. Moreover, the disorder is a rare autoimmune disorder since pemphigoid can be found in 1 person per 400,000 people. This disorder starts with blisters occurring on your entire body such as your arms, face, legs, head, hands, feet, and mouth. Moreover, pemphigoid cannot be cured by any treatment or medicine.

Mr.Bannasit Rakwong, Cheif Operating Officer of Mono Next Public Company Limited together with Mr.Rungtham Pumseenil, Cheif Executive Officer of Me-Miti Company Limited jointly visited, paid respect to Chao Khun Alongkot Tikhapanyo or Phra Rat Wisut Prachanart, Abbot of Wat Phrabat Nam Phu, and presented a charitable donation of Baht 260,000 which is the prize from “Hollywood Game Night Thailand” TV program including dried rice amounted to 1,000 kilograms to Chao Khun Alongkot at Wat Phrabat Nam Phu, Lopburi Province. The main purpose of this activity is to support internal expenses and medical tools to take care of AIDs patients and lighten Chao Khun Alongkot’s burdens.
