JAS and MONOMAX Support Thailand Women’s Volleyball Team Ahead of VNL 2026

On June 15, 2026, at the Sports Science Center, 3rd Floor, Sports Authority of Thailand, Dr. Soraj Asavaprapha, Chief Executive Officer of Jasmine International Public Company Limited (JAS), together with Ms. Nedpanit Potarakul, Mr. Bannasit Rakwong, and Miss Hataitip Madjui, executives from MONOMAX, presented a financial contribution of THB 200,000 to the Volleyball Association of Thailand to support the preparation of the Thailand Women’s National Volleyball Team for the Volleyball Nations League (VNL) 2026. The donation was officially received by Mr. Somporn Chaibangyang, President of the Volleyball Association of Thailand, along with Head Coach Kiattipong Radchatagriengkai (“Coach Aod”) and members of the Thailand Women’s National Volleyball Team.

Dr. Soraj Asavaprapha stated that JAS and MONOMAX remain committed to supporting Thai sports and athletes on an ongoing basis. The Thailand Women’s National Volleyball Team has long been a source of pride and inspiration for the nation, and the companies are honored to contribute to the team’s preparations, helping athletes and coaching staff maximize their readiness for international competition. Mr. Somporn Chaibangyang expressed his appreciation to JAS and MONOMAX for their continuous support of the national team, both through broadcast partnerships and athlete development initiatives. The Thailand Women’s National Volleyball Team is currently undergoing intensive training in preparation for Week 2 of the Volleyball Nations League (VNL) 2026, which Thailand will host from June 17–21, 2026, at Indoor Stadium Huamark, Bangkok. The team is scheduled to face Ukraine, Bulgaria, Canada, and the Netherlands during the tournament week.

This support reflects the strong collaboration between the private sector and Thailand’s sporting community in driving Thai athletes toward international success, while boosting morale and enhancing the team’s competitiveness on the world stage.

Mono Group welcomed first-year students from the Faculty of Communication Arts at Dhurakij Pundit University and students from the GIFT Program of Thung Song School, Nakhon Si Thammarat, who participated in an English Excursion activity to gain hands-on experience in the media industry. The study visit took place at Mono Studio, Nonthaburi, on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. On this occasion, Ms. Nanthaphan Sangchai, Assistant Station Director, warmly welcomed the participants and provided an overview of Mono Group, including the station’s news operations under the regulations of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC), particularly in the production of business news.

The station’s news team, including Mr. Nonthakrit Klomklorm, News Anchor and Executive Editor; Mr. Supawich Nakriang, Head of News Editorial; and Ms. Tawanrung Parisuttidham, News Anchor, also shared their knowledge and experience on the news production process. Topics included research and fact-checking, program structure, the background of news programs aired on MONO29, the differences between producing news for On Air and online platforms, as well as the ethics and responsibilities of news producers.

Participants were also given a behind-the-scenes tour of the newsroom and observed the live program production process up close. The activity was held in two sessions: the morning session for students from Dhurakij Pundit University and the afternoon session for students from Thung Song School.

The ceremony aimed to raise funds for the construction of the Great Pagoda (Phra Maha Chedi), the Crystal Ordination Hall (Ubosot Kaew), monastic facilities, debt repayment for the temple, and the establishment of the “Following in the Footsteps of Phra Ratchaprommayan” Foundation. Executives and employees of Mono Next contributed a total of 81,339 Baht, while the total donations from all patrons and faithful supporters amounted to 102,293,338.63 Baht.
