Mono Next Public Company Limited, or MONO, held its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2026 on February 6, 2026, via electronic meeting (e-EGM), in accordance with the Emergency Decree on Electronic Meetings B.E. 2563 (2020) and relevant laws and regulations.
The meeting was chaired by Dr. Natkitthith Tangpoonsinthana, Chairman of the Board, together with Mr. Navamin Prasopnet, Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Phongphan Thongphianphong, Assistant Director of Accounting and Finance, and Ms. Pitirudee Sirisamphan, Company Secretary and Senior Executive Vice President of Corporate Governance and Corporate Communications, who attended the meeting and provided information to shareholders.

The meeting resolved to approve all agenda items as proposed by the Board of Directors. A key agenda item was the approval of a connected transaction relating to consultancy and system implementation services for the distribution of English Premier League football content in Vietnam. The resolution reflects shareholders’ confidence in MONO’s business direction and the Company’s readiness to further leverage its international-level content capabilities to expand into overseas markets.
