3. Policy and Practice towards Employees
The employees are valuable power and regarded as the key to the Company’s success and achievement of its goal. The Company, therefore, stipulates the policy that provides them a fair treatment in terms of remuneration, welfare, and career opportunity i.e. promotion, rotation as well as capacity development. The employees’ comment and suggestion shall be also welcomed. Therefore, practice guideline in compliance with the policy has been set as follows :
(1) The Company shall observe human rights. All employees including other individuals in connection with the Company’s business shall be treated with respect and dignity.
(2) The Company shall strictly comply with the labor laws and relevant rules and regulations regarding employees.

The information disclosure and report shall be based on actuality while the negotiation for any solution shall be decided by taking the business relationship into account. In case of failing to comply with the terms and conditions or default on loan, the Company shall notify the creditors in advance to collectively consider the potential solutions for the issue.
(2) The Company shall effectively manage its capital structure in order to maintain the creditor’s trust.
(3) The Company shall ensure that the conduct such as the request for, acceptance of or offering of any kind of benefits from creditors shall not happen in a way that is perceived as dishonest.
(4) The Company shall maintain and develop good relationship with the creditors in order to constitute their trust.
5. Policy and Practice towards Business Partners
The Company shall adhere to the policy on fair and equitable treatment towards the business partners with an aim to maximize the Company’s profits based on the fair return for both parties and avoidance of any conflict of interest. Therefore, the practice guideline has been set as follows :
(1) The Company austerely complies with terms and conditions that have been made with its business partners. In case of failing to comply with the terms and conditions, the Company shall notify the business partners in advance to collectively consider the potential solutions for the issue.
(2) The Company shall conduct the procurement in compliance with the procurement policy in which the rules as well as fair and transparent procedures for selection of business partner is determined. Besides, it shall promote the collaboration with business partners that engages in legal business.

6. Policy and Practice towards Business Competitors
Under the legal frame of the Trade Competition Act, the Company shall comply with international standard in terms the practice towards business competitors. It shall not involve in illegal acquisition on confidential information. Therefore, the practice guideline has been set as follows :
(1) The Company shall conduct in conformity with good business norm in terms of competition.
(2) It shall not unlawfully and inappropriately acquires any confidential information of its business competitors.
(3) It shall not defame the business competitors by means of calumniation.
7. Policy and Practice towards Regulatory and Government Agencies
The Company shall treat the regulatory and government agencies in a manner that comply with the applicable laws and regulations in order to operate its businesses lawfully. Therefore, the practice guideline has been set as follows :
(1) The Company shall ensure the strict compliance with laws, rules and regulations enforced by the regulatory and government agencies which are responsible for the Company’s business operation, including those enforced by the State of the Company’s businesses.
(2) The Company shall not cooperate or support any organization or activity that may involve in unlawful act.
(3) The Company shall report a breach or disobedience against the laws to concerned people without delay in order to discuss and find out the preventive solution against unlawful act.

The Company shall operate the businesses that provide benefits to the economic and social development. The nurturing of tradition and culture as well as the enhancement of social quality, both initiated by itself and collaborated with community and governmental sector, has been embedded into the CSR Policy. The Company regularly organizes social creativity activities in order to cultivate a strong sense of social responsibility to all employees at all levels and embedded into the corporate culture. The Company also recognizes that this always promotes Company’s sustainable growth. Therefore, the practice guideline has been set as follows :
(1) The Company shall conduct its business with a sense of responsibility towards community, society, and environment, as well as manage to prevent any negative impact on quality of live, safety, and natural resource preservation.
(2) The Company shall cultivate a sense of responsibility towards community, society, and environment by constantly providing knowledge and training the employees as well as encouraging them to participate in the activities held by the Company.
(3) The Company shall promote the energy and resource saving in a valuable and efficient manner to maintain the balance in respect of the nature and environment.
(4) The Company shall develop the Information and Communication Technology for all types of works in every department to enhance the efficient management of resources.
(5) The Company shall promote and maintain the continued tradition and culture of the country by supporting the policies and activities thereof in collaboration with the governmental or private sectors.
(6) The Company shall regularly organize the CSR activities for communities, societies, and environment. It shall participate in the development of community and society, protect the religions, and promote the quality of lives for children, youth, the underprivileged, and the elderly. Furthermore, the Company also supports in the fields of education, sport, charity, and disaster relief. Besides, the environmental conservation and recovery in a sustainable manner is one major part of Mono Group’s CSR scheme with an objective to happily live together in this world.
(7) The Company shall be a mediator that publishes and opens an opportunity for all stakeholders and the public to recognize the importance of the responsibility towards community, society, and environment, and to take part in the CSR activities.
