MONO AGM 2026 Approves Organizational Drive Plan to Strengthen Growth

Mono Next Public Company Limited (MONO) held its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on April 24, 2026, via electronic means (e-AGM), with strong participation from shareholders, reflecting confidence in the Company’s business direction.

The meeting was chaired by Dr. Natkitthith Tangpoonsinthana, Chairman of the Board, and attended by the Board of Directors and senior executives, including Mr. Navamin Prasopnet, Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Preecha Leelasithorn, Chairman of the Audit and Corporate Governance Committee; Ms. Hataitip Madjui, Director of Monomax Business; Phongphan Thongphianphong, Assistant Director of Accounting and Finance; and Ms. Pitirudee Sirisamphan, Company Secretary and Senior Director of Corporate Governance and Corporate Communications, along with other senior management members.

The meeting acknowledged the Company’s operating performance for 2025 and approved all key agenda items as proposed by the Board. Shareholders also endorsed the Company’s business drive plan for 2026, which focuses on enhancing business capabilities, strengthening content and platform offerings, and supporting long-term sustainable growth.

In line with good corporate governance principles, shareholders were given the opportunity to raise questions and provide feedback in a transparent manner, with all resolutions duly approved in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

The night concluded with a grand finale as the stage transformed into a massive beach party, captivating hundreds of thousands of attendees who danced and moved in unison, creating an unforgettable and exhilarating experience. Over the three-day event (April 17–19, 2026), more than 200,000 Thai and international visitors joined the Songkran celebrations, filling the entire stretch of Pattaya Beach. The festival generated an estimated 1–1.5 billion baht in economic circulation, significantly boosting local tourism and the regional economy. This remarkable success clearly reflects the impact of this year’s event. Beyond delivering joy and memorable experiences, “Songkran Wan Lai Pattaya 2026” reaffirmed Pattaya’s potential as a world-class tourist destination and sets the stage for even greater growth, with expectations of attracting even more visitors in the years to come.

“Pattaya Songkran Wan Lai 2026” Elevates Thai Festival to the Global Stage

Pattaya City is set to host the grand “Pattaya Songkran Wan Lai 2026”, organized by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (Pattaya Office) in collaboration with Pattaya City, the Chonburi Provincial Cultural Office, and MONOMAX. The event will transform Pattaya Beach into a vibrant “Wan Lai by the Sea,” blending Thai cultural traditions with modern entertainment.

The festival will take place from April 17–19, 2026, from 12:00 PM to midnight at Pattaya Central Beach, with free admission. Highlights include live concerts by leading Thai artists such as INK Waruntorn, Tattoo Colour, 4EVE, Jeff Satur, New Country, Lipta, PROXIE, THX, F.HERO, INDIGO, Maiyarap, and Joeyboy. On April 19, visitors can also enjoy a live broadcast of the Premier League big match between Liverpool and Everton by the beach.

Mr. Chaiwat Tamthai stated that the event is expected to elevate Songkran to an international level, generating over 500 million baht per day and attracting more than 100,000 attendees. Meanwhile, Mr. Damrongkiat Pinijkan highlighted the concept “Splash, Cheer, Fun,” combining water festivities, concerts, sports, and traditional cultural activities, along with over 100 local food vendors.

Pol. Col. Anek Sarathongyu confirmed strict security measures, with over 300 officers deployed alongside AI and CCTV systems. Ms.Hataitip Madjui noted that the event integrates music, sports, and culture to meet the needs of modern tourists and promote Thai events globally. Mr. Panthawat Nakvisut, CEO of Lottery Plus Co., Ltd., together with THX artists—Bambam Butree Kanjaruek, Tata Punnawan Leelaburanathanakul, Cheer Jinyapat Tantikitichaiyakul, and Cindy Cindy Schmid—also joined to affirm the event’s readiness, reinforcing Pattaya Songkran as a must-visit international festival this year
