ANNOUNCEMENT OF “THAI DEE MEE MARAYAT” AWARD WINNING

Mr. Paramet Ngamphichet, Vice Minister of Ministry of Culture, Ms. Archaraporn Pongchavee, Deputy Director – Department of Cultural Promotion, Mr. Patompong Sirachairat – Chief Operating Officer of Mono Technology PCL., Ms. Kanyapat Suksamarn, head of website Mthai.com business unit under Mono Technology PCL., along with the committee, including Pitchaya Jarasboonpracha, Yanyong Kuru-angkul, and Thanik Jaturaphaktrarak, presented awards and congratulated the winners in short film award announcement in the project “Thai Dee Mee Marayat” which aimed to promote Thai values and culture. The winner was Surachet team (Srinakharinwirot University) from the short film “Hello Neighbor”. The awards were presented at Mono Studio Stage 1, GSB Stadium 29, Chaiyapruk Rd.

A trophy and awards of over 564,000 baht were presented in this occasion with attendees including Mr.Amporn Pinasa – Secretary General of Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC), Mr. Jirun Rattanawiriyachai – Senior Vice President of Mono Sport Entertainment Co., Ltd., Ms. Wanla Raunchaiwong – President of the Office of Student Activity Development of OBEC, Ms. Nanthaphan Sangchai – Assistant Vice President of MONO PLUS channel under Mono Production Co., Ltd., Ms. Kanyapat Suksamarn, Head of website Mthai.com business unit under Mono Technology PCL., Mr. Satta Ektrakul – Assistant Managing Director of Spark Global Co., Ltd., Mr. Nattakit Pengmeesri – Product Manager of Otsuka Nutraceutical (Thailand ) Co., Ltd., and Mr. Kittipong Petcharat – Manager of Mama Marketing Activity Supporting Team of Saha Pathanapibul PCL. The closing ceremony was held at GSB Stadium 29, Chaiyapruk Rd.

“APP WAR” MOVIE UPGRADED TO “DARK APP” SERIES

After the success of the movie “App War” with its winning awards and a number of nominees, recently Mono Original under Mono Group held a worship ceremony to bring good luck to the series “DARK APP”. Participants in the ceremony were Mr. Siri Luengsawat – Consulting Producer, Ms. Anuthida Silanarong – Director of Get More Film Plus Co., Ltd., Sua – Yanyong Kuru-angkul and Kung – Chatchai Hongsirikul – the directors, along with the leading stars such as Gee – Sutthirak Sapwijit, Best – Nutthasit Kotimanuswanich, Benz – Natthida Trichaiya, Neena – Nitchanart Phrommart, and Draf – Thananat Pakathong Sing. The team attended the ceremony at Jasmine International Tower in the morning before starting the film shooting. The movie will soon be aired on MONO29 channel as well as the website and application of MONOMAX, the leading website for copyright online movies under Mono Group.

Mr. Sang Do Lee, CEO of Mono Technology PCL., Mr. Subhoj Sunyabhisithkul, CEO of Triple-T Broadband PCL. (middle), and Mr. Youngwoo Kim, Senior Vice President – Head of Global Business KT Corporation from South Korea, signed the MOU for the collaboration on IPTV services by expanding the customer base with over 3.3 million 3BB users on high-quality fiber optic network nationwide. The collaboration is trustworthy as KT is the expert in IPTV services in Korea for more than 10 years and MONO have strong relationship with world class studios and Thai content producers.

Currently, KT is the number one telecommunication service provider in South Korea. The broadband customer base of over 9 million users and over 8 million IPTV service subscribers reflect KT’s conspicuous success. On the other hand, MONO is experienced in producing and collecting contents, both Thai and international, for Thai people. After only 2 years of broadcasting, MONO29 channel has quickly become the third of the most popular TV channels of the country. This guarantees the success of the channel. MONO also provides online video streaming with over 20,000 hours of contents under the service called Monomax. As for this collaboration, KT will supervise and design the systems, including the network structure, IPTV platform, and other equipment, whereas MONO, the Master Content Provider (MCP), will receive the revenue sharing as the remuneration. The cooperation from JAS, KT, and MONO will surely answer the desire of every customer group.

Movie stars attended the ceremony were Bell – Sawanya Liangprasit, Best – Nutthasit Kotimanuswanich, Pim – Latthgarmon Pinrojkirati, Wit – Patcharaphol Jantheing, Aki – Akara Akaratewin, Book – Prasertsuk Hemtanon, Mynd – Napasorn Dechkitthichon, Rod Jued – Rujira Chokpanarat, and the young blood director, Jean – Aekasit Sompech. Mr. Sang Do Lee, Director of Thai Professional Basketball League Co., Ltd., and Mr. Niphon Chawalitmontien, President of Basketball Sport Association of Thailand, attended the official closing ceremony of “Thailand Professional Basketball League 2019” (TPBL) on Saturday 7 September 2019 at Hitech Basketball Stadium, Thungkru, Prachautid Rd.

  • The champion of TPBL 2019, Hitech Basketball Club, won 1-million-baht cash and a trophy.
  • The first runner up, Mono Warrior Basketball Club, won 600,000-baht cash.
  • The second runner up, Mono Scorpion Basketball Club, won 300,000-baht cash.
  • The third runner up, PEA Basketball Club, won 100,000-baht cash.
