Thailand’s new general election has come to the final stretch next week. On April 25, 2023, Mono Next Public Company Limited held the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders via an electronic method to consider and approve proposed resolutions at Stadium29, Mono29 Studio. The name list of the Board of Directors who joined this meeting is as follows, namely, Mrs. Punnee Worawuthichongsathit, the Chairman, Mr. Patompong Sirachairat, Cheif Executive Officer, together, Mr.Preecha Leelasithorn, the Chairman of the Audit and Corporate Governance Committee, Ms.Tassanee Kuantalaeng, Acting Cheif Financial, and Accounting Officer, and Ms.Pitirudee Sirisamphan, the Company Secretary and Senior Vice President – Corporate Affairs and Communications.

In the event, there are various resolutions proposed to the Shareholders’ Meeting, including the consideration and approval of the allotment of ordinary shares under the General Mandate in the amount of not exceeding 347,000,000 shares with a par value of Baht 0.10 each or 10 percent of the paid-up capital for private offerings, and all the proposed resolutions were also approved by the meeting.
