MONOMAX joining forces to broadcast the “PT Songkhla Grand Prix 2024”

MONOMAX and 3BB Sports One are joining forces to broadcast the “PT Songkhla Grand Prix” in the PT Maxnitron Racing Series 2024, taking place at Chalathat Beach, Songkhla, from October 19-20, 2024. The event is expected to attract over 200,000 attendees. Ms.Hataitip Mudjui, Director of Online Movie Business at Mono Streaming Co., Ltd., the operator of MONOMAX, emphasized the company’s readiness to deliver a professional live broadcast.

Mr.Sint Teeraniti, Managing Director of S63 Project Co., Ltd., the event organizer, revealed that this year’s highlights include the debut of Thailand’s first homegrown race car and a range of activities designed for all ages. Celebrity drivers Andrew-Kornsek Khonin, Beam-Saranyoo Prachakit, and Maprang-Alisa Kunkwaeng will also compete in the race.

Hwang So-hee, better known as DJ Soda, a renowned DJ from South Korea, donated 150,000 THB to assist flood victims in Thailand through the initiative “MONO29 Sharing with Heart: Bringing Smiles Amidst the Flood Crisis.” The donation was received by Thanya Wachirabunjong, Chief Content Officer and Director of MONO29 TV Station, and Bannasit Rakwong, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Mono Next Public Company Limited, on September 27, 2024, at Mono Twenty-Nine Studio, Chaiyapruek Road, Nonthaburi.

DJ Soda expressed her concern for the flood situation affecting many areas in Thailand. She also conveyed her commitment to supporting and uplifting those affected, wishing everyone strength to overcome this challenging time together.

Ceremony Held for the Blockbuster Film of the Year “Krut-Nakee”

“Krut-Nakee” Under the production of MONO ORIGINAL, the auspicious ceremony for the film “Krut-Nakee” took place on Saturday, September 21, at Wat Pho Thong. The event was led by Mr. Nawamin Prasopnet, Acting CEO and Acting CFO of Mono Next Public Company Limited, alongside Mrs.Thanya Wachirabunjong, Chief Content Officer and Director of MONO29 TV Station, Mr.Bannasit Rakwong, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Mono Next Public Company Limited, and other executives. The film’s production partners included Mr. Surachet Assavareunganon, CEO of M Studio, Mrs.Aranya Maleenont from Behemoth Capital Co., Ltd., and Doo Entertainment Co., Ltd.

The film “Krut-Nakee” is scheduled to begin shooting later this year, featuring a star-studded cast, including Nattaporn “Taew” Temeerak, Phupoom “Ken” Pongpanu, Hasawi “Kem” Phakphongpaisan, Pongsakorn “Toey” Mettarikanon, Chatchai Plengpanich, Radklao Amaradit, Sarut Wijitranon, Thanchanok “Bath” Chatmethakul, and Piralpatch “Wan” Leelatapin. The film is directed by Pongpat Wachirabunjong and is set for a nationwide release in 2025.

Ms.Nanthaphan Sangchai, Deputy Director of MONO29 Television Station, led a team of employees from Mono Next to participate in the “Kayaking for Canal Conservation” activity during the “Charming Near Bangkok” event. The event aimed to promote eco-tourism at Khlong Phrayapimon and was a collaboration between the provinces of Nonthaburi and Nakhon Pathom. The initiative focused on preserving local culture, community lifestyles, and the environment along the banks of Khlong Phrayapimon.

MONO continues its efforts to provide relief to those affected by the ongoing floods with the “MONO29 PUN DUEAI JAI: Creating Smiles, Fighting Floods” campaign. In collaboration with its partners, the project has distributed over 4,200 relief packages to flood victims. Most recently, 300 relief packages were delivered through the family of Mike-Purin Rongkhankaew (Stoned), an esports athlete from Vampire Esports, whose hometown is in Chiang Rai province. The packages aim to alleviate the suffering of the local community and offer encouragement to overcome this crisis together.

The Digital Television Association (Thailand) in collaboration with the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) and terrestrial digital TV stations, both business and public service, made history by organizing a significant seminar titled “1 Decade of Digital TV: Beyond the Next Step” on August 28, 2024, at BITEC Bangna. The event brought together over 20 key figures in the television and content industry to share insights and chart the future course of Thailand’s digital TV landscape, particularly in light of the upcoming license expirations in 2029.

MONO NEXT Distributes Relief Kits to Flood Victims in Sukhothai

In response to the severe flooding that has affected many residents, Mono Next, in collaboration with Jasmine Group, launched the “MONO29 Pan Duay Jai Sang Roi Yim” flood relief initiative. On August 27, 2024, the Mono Next Public Company Limited executive team traveled to Sukhothai Province to deliver the second batch of 1,000 relief kits to flood victims in Sawankhalok District.

The team was led by Mrs.Thanya Wachirabunjong, Chief Content Production Officer and Director of MONO29 TV Channel; Mr.Bannasit Rakwong, Chief Operating Officer; and Mr.Pongpat Wachirabunjong, along with MONO29 news anchors. Representatives from Jasmine Group, including Jasmine International Public Company Limited, Jasmine Technology Solution Public Company Limited, JasTel Network Company Limited, and Premium Asset Company Limited, made this donation to support the “MONO29 Pan Duay Jai Sang Roi Yim” flood relief project. Alongside Mono Next and Jasmine Group executives and staff, they packed survival kits to be distributed to flood victims in Sawankhalok District, Sukhothai Province, on August 26, 2024.
