Carabao Group Public Company Limited proudly presents the Carabao Cup as “the trophy for all Thais,” passing on a sense of pride to football fans nationwide. The Carabao Cup is one of England’s most renowned football tournaments, well-known among fans around the world and in Thailand. Carabao Group has partnered with the English Football League (EFL) as the tournament’s title sponsor for eight consecutive seasons since 2017, recently extending the sponsorship through the 2026/27 season — marking a full decade of partnership.

Significantly, Carabao is the only Thai brand to be the namesake of a world-class football league, and the longest-running sponsor in EFL history. This reflects the brand’s determination to use the global stage to elevate the presence of Thai products internationally, under the vision “World Class Product, World Class Brand.”

Mr. Kamoldit Smutkojorn, Deputy Managing Director of Carabao Group, stated that the partnership with the EFL continues into the 2025/26 season with a new viewing platform through Monomax and Mono29. Current Monomax Standard package subscribers can watch the tournament at no additional cost.

Ms. Hathaitip Madjui, Director of the Online Movie Business (Monomax), spoke on the collaboration:
“Carabao Group and Monomax share the same goal — to bring world-class sports like the English Football League (EFL) to Thai fans. Carabao aims to make football accessible to all fans, while Mono will broadcast every round — from Round 1 to the Final — starting with the opening match on the night of August 12, 2025.”

Mr. Kamoldit added that beyond continuing Carabao’s robust sports marketing strategy both domestically and internationally, the brand is committed to connecting fans through the campaign “Cheer Football, Cheer Carabao” under the concept “For the ultimate cheer, cheer with Carabao.” Fans across Thailand are invited to be part of the Carabao Cup — a tournament a Thai brand proudly owns — through a series of activities throughout the season.

“The heart of this new season is Carabao’s mission to make the Carabao Cup the trophy for all Thais, sharing inspiration and pride in a Thai brand that has brought global recognition to the nation,” said Mr. Kamoldit.

The Carabao Cup 2025/26 kicks off Round 1 on August 12, 2025, with Round 2 on August 26, 2025.
