20/2017 MONO BASKETBALL DREAM

Professional basketball players from “Mono Vampire” and “Mono Thewphaingarm”, The Basketball Clubs led by Teerawat Jantajon (Big), Naratip Boonserm (Ton), Niyomkarn Kam-O (Mark) and Christian Bhadin (Chris) went to the Sainoi School in Nonthaburi to teach basketball techniques to children. About 100 students took part in and learnt some basketball techniques of dribbling, passing, shooting, and defending. This project aims to give improvement in basketball techniques and give inspirations to children to become professional basketball players.

Mr. Chatchai Payuhanaveechai, President of the Government Savings Bank, together with Mr. Navamin Prasopnet, President of Mono Generation Company Limited and the representative of CAMPUS STAR MAGAZINE, mutually held a press conference for the “GSB GEN CAMPUS STAR 2017”. The contest was held in search of talented teenagers from 17-23 years old to be the brand ambassador of the Government Savings Bank and 2017 CAMPUS STAR MAGAZINE. In this event, Keng – Tachaya Pratoomwan who is a celebrity artist and the winner of GSB GEN CAMPUS STAR 2016 attended the press conference and performed a special show at STUDIO MONO 29, Chaiyapruk Rd.

Mr. Navamin Prasopnet, Assistant Chairman and Chief Marketing Officer, and Mr. Patompong Sirachairat, Chief Operating Officer of Mono Technology PCL., met investors at the “Opportunity Day – Registered Companies Meet Investors” activity held by The Stock Exchange of Thailand. The event took place in room 603 on the sixth floor of The Stock Exchange of Thailand Building, Ratchadapisek Rd.

MONO29 helped Northeast flood victims

As the representative of MONO29 Digital TV, Mr. Kittisak Pukcharoen, Senior Manager of CSR Department of Mono Technology Co., Ltd., donated cash of 300,000 Baht to help flood victims in a fundraising event “Civil-State Unity Under His Graciousness” held by the government, the Prime Minister’s Office. Mrs. Hirunya Suchinai, Secretary General of the Board of Investment, was the representative to receive the donation. The fundraising was live broadcasted so that every sector could take part in helping the flood victims. On this occasion, General Prayuth Chan-ocha – the Prime Minister presided over the event at Santimaitree Building at the Government House.

Trainers and basketball players of Mono Vampire and Mono Thewpaingam Basketball Clubs under Mono Group ran a basketball clinic in Chonburi with over a hundred of children participated in the activity. The basketball clinic is an activity in “Basketball Chonburi Open 2017” on 4-5 August 2017. Mr. Sang Do Lee, Chief Executive Officer of Mono Group, attended the event, with Mr. Pansak Katwatta, Deputy Chief Executive of Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization, presided over the opening ceremony at the gymnasium, the Public Park in Commemoration of H.M. the King Rama IX, Chonburi.

MONO29 donated 29 bookcases

Mr. Kittisak Pookcharoen, Senior Manager of CSR Department of Mono Group, attended the ceremony of donating 29 bookcases with a total of 174,000 Baht in “The Bookcase Donation Project” under the Foundation For Children. In order to give children the opportunity to read good quality books and encourage the community to broaden educational opportunities respectively. The project had chosen 29 children from 6 schools in 5 provinces to receive the bookcases.

Mono Group freed cattle-buffalo and delivered them to farmers

Mr. Pete Bodharamik, Chairman of Mono Technology PCL., along with executives, newscasters, artists, and employees of Mono Group participated in the ceremony of freeing the lives of cattle-buffaloes. This charity project was held for the second time according to the “Royal Cattle-Buffalo Bank for Farmers Project” based on the command of His Majesty the Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej. On this occasion, the total amount of donation to free the lives of 58 cattle and buffaloes was 1,624,000 Baht and then was handed over to Mr. Ponsmith Klangnapa, a livestock officer of Pathum Thani Province. This charity event was taken place at the abattoir of Pathum Thani municipality.

About 100 students took part in and learnt some basketball techniques of dribbling, passing, shooting, and defending. This project aims to give improvement in basketball techniques and give inspirations to children to become professional basketball players.
