MONO Holds Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2025

Nawamin Prasopnet, Chairman of the Board and Acting Chief Executive Officer of Mono Next Public Company Limited (MONO), along with Hathaitip Madjui, Director of Monomax Business at Mono Streaming Co., Ltd., Phongphan Thongphianphong, Assistant Director of Accounting and Finance, and Pitirudee Sirisamphan, Corporate Secretary and Senior Director of Corporate Governance and Corporate Communications at MONO, convened the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2025 via an online electronic platform.

 

A key agenda item was the approval of a transaction to provide Monomax, the streaming platform of Mono Streaming Co., Ltd., as a service to Jasmine International Public Company Limited (JAS) for broadcasting live Premier League and FA Cup matches, on-demand replays, highlight clips, and other related content. JAS holds the official broadcasting rights from The Football Association Premier League Limited (FAPL) and The Football Association Limited under agreements covering live broadcasts of the Premier League and FA Cup, as well as digital clip distribution rights (Clips Package).

The shareholders unanimously approved the resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors on January 30, 2025, at Stadium Mono29 Studio, Chaiyapruek Road, Nonthaburi Province.

    One of the world’s largest global entertainment markets, hosted in Cannes, France, from October 21-24, 2024.
  3. Tiffcom (Tokyo, Japan)
    An exclusive opportunity to connect with Japan’s film industry at Tiffcom in Tokyo from October 30 to November 1, 2024.
  4. AFM (Las Vegas, USA)
    The globally renowned American Film Market in Las Vegas, USA, took place from November 5-10, 2024, offering a platform for international film trade and networking.
  5. ATA (Jakarta, Indonesia)
    Participating in the Asian Television Awards (ATA) in Jakarta, Indonesia, from November 29-30, 2024, where Mono Streaming was honored with nominations in seven categories.
  6. ATF (Singapore)
    Concluding the year at the Asia TV Forum & Market (ATF) in Singapore from December 3-6, 2024, a key marketplace for content and co-production in the Asia-Pacific region.

Waraluck Saranyakoob, Senior Business Development Manager at Mono Streaming Co., Ltd., participated as a guest speaker at the 2025 Safe and Creative Media Symposium under the theme “Thailand on Trend: Streaming Waves and the Global Success of the Entertainment Industry.” The event served as a vital platform for exchanging knowledge and fresh perspectives among media professionals, including filmmakers, drama and series producers, executives, government agencies, private sector representatives, universities, and the general public.

Attendees also had the opportunity to explore the “People, Media, and Soft Power” exhibition, which amplified voices from the Thai entertainment industry, reflecting on the role of Soft Power in shaping global perceptions. The exhibition aimed to reinforce confidence in the potential of Thailand’s entertainment industry on the international stage.
